Funding

Because of the extensive use of technical equipment in this project, Steppenwolf will be seeking in-kind donations of computers and control systems, and will apply these donations towards the necessary matching funds. Additionally, Steppenwolf will provide matching funds for the salaries of personnel key to the project. Between March and June 2001, Steppenwolf will approach funders with a focus on technology in order to reach the cash match for the project. Among the targeted funders are ABC Foundation, Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., James M. Cox Foundation, Temple-Inland, Inc., Texas Instruments Foundation, Union Pacific Foundation, and the Robert I. Wishnick Foundation.
